AC/C TECH will assist employers in designing and developing training programs that will support operations, union agreements, employee development, etc. For example, an employer may select the courses; determine the number of courses in a program; establish the passing requirements; select training days, times and locations; plus more.
These programs can be designed to support any organization; e.g.: industrial or commercial companies, governmental agencies, apartment communities or housing development corporations, job placement agencies, non-profit groups, or private firms.
It is recommended that courses be geared toward hands-on training that will give the students "maximum exposure" in meeting the objectives.
